An exciting opportunity has become available to join the People & Culture team of one of Australia's leading law firms, where you'll be responsible for managing the national Early Careers Program while also gaining exposure to a broad range of HR projects and initiatives. Based in the Melbourne office, you'll work closely with a collaborative national HR team and play a key role in supporting graduate and seasonal clerk recruitment across the firm's offices throughout Australia. The Opportunity: You'll lead the firm's national graduate and seasonal clerk programs, managing the full employee lifecycle while also contributing to a variety of People & Culture initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Managing graduate and seasonal clerk recruitment across Australia Coordinating interviews, assessment centres and onboarding Planning graduate rotations and key program milestones Acting as the primary point of contact for graduates and seasonal clerks Contributing to HR projects, WGEA reporting and diversity initiatives Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and annual HR surveys Required Experience: Experience coordinating graduate, clerk or early careers recruitment, gained within a law firm or professional services environment Strong organisational and project coordination skills The ability to manage multiple recruitment timelines and stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Human Resources Why Apply?
